Smoking Goose uses old world craft and new world flavor to produce over 40 varieties of slow cured and smoked meats, salumi, and sausages. Our Dorman Street Meatery in downtown Indianapolis is a USDA-inspected smokehouse where we craft meat treats for wholesale distribution to over 40 states nationwide, and we're proud to find Smoking Goose products on menus and shelves across our home sweet home in Indiana.
