Pumpkin Spice Coffee Muffins

2/3 cup coffee

3 1/2 cups of flour

2 cups sugar

1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree

1 cup oil

4 eggs

2 tsps. baking soda

1 1/2 tsps. salt

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. each of cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg

Chocolate chips

Pour coffee into large bowl and mix in the rest of ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips. Fill muffin tins and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
