1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup honey (from Eisele’s Raw Honey)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 table spoon apple juice or cider
1 teaspoon dried ginger
1 lb salmon, in fillets
Combine first 7 ingredients. Place salmon fillets in a container to marinade. Pour sauce over the top of the salmon. Refrigerate for at least one hour, spooning marinade over salmon frequently.
To cook, either grill over open flame or bake at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 20 minutes).
