Almost 60 dozen bags of sweet corn were delivered Thursday morning to the Supplemental United Food Pantry of Southern LaPorte County in Hanna and are pictured here. Sweet Corn Salsa
Ingredients: 1 can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes, drained 1 can black beans, drained 2 cups sweet corn 1/2 red onion, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon chili powder Dash of salt Dash of lime juice Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve & enjoy!
