Sweet Corn Salsa
Ingredients: 1 can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes, drained 1 can black beans, drained 2 cups sweet corn 1/2 red onion, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon chili powder Dash of salt Dash of lime juice Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve & enjoy!
