Kim's Key Lime Cookies were created by Indianapolis native, Kim Harvey, and were put on the market in 1994.
The cookies made their debut at The Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. That is when Kim sold them to Nordstrom west coast, Macy's NYC and east coast stores and to Disney vacation properties in Orlando, FL. Since then, Kim's Key Lime Cookies have been sold to the PGA National in West Palm, FL, to Jimmy Buffett, Stein Mart nationwide, Home Goods nationally, Marshall's and TJ Maxx nationwide, to airport and resort gift shops, in the Caribbean and in Canada.
Labeling includes choice of "holiday", "souvenir of" and "private label". The cookies are available in white window bags and contain 8 cookies of one flavor. Also available is a 2-pack for hotel turn down, hotel market place and gift shop, airline, convenience style location, restaurant, gift baskets, etc.
