Patrick Ezeadikwa is originally from Anambra State, Nigeria. He comes from a family of five children and he’s the youngest. Back in 1998, one of my favorite breakfast foods to eat is fully cooked scrambled eggs with toasted bread. My father, Boniface Ezeadikwa, encouraged my siblings and me to eat more vegetable-oriented scrambled poultry eggs instead of plain poultry scrambled eggs. So, my mother, Rose Ezeadikwa came up with a nutritious, juicy and delicious egg recipe (Egg Buddy) which we not only use to eat toasted bread, but also with French fries, chips, noodles, rice, etc.
In December 2009, I left my family to earn a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in the United States. When I go out for breakfast, I miss having Egg Buddy. So, I thought it will be clever to share with this welcoming and generous country my mother’s flavorful and mouthwatering Egg Buddy. That’s how RoseBon company was born.
