Windy Prairie Farms is operated by Keith Clute, a 4th generation Midwest farmer. The land was been in the family for nearly 120 years. Five years ago, seeing a new direction in agriculture, Keith began transitioning Windy Prairie Farm to a more sustainable fresh vegetable operation with future plans to include over 600 acres in vegetable production.
