Across two nights, we will celebrate true Hoosier spirit, bringing together farmers, producers, and the Tinker Street culinary team to tell the story behind each dish. Throughout the evening, you’ll hear directly from producers who who grew and raised the ingredients, while experiencing the craftsmanship and care that bring them to life on the plate.
